Training provided:

  • You will work towards the ICT Professional apprenticeship which includes the City & Guilds Diploma in ICT Professional Competence
You will have a trainer assigned to you who will visit you in your place of work and deliver:
  • Bespoke IT training
  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
  • Functional Skills maths and English (if required)


Reality Solutions are looking for a keen to learn, IT Apprentice to join their team. This role is NOT an accounts processing role, although it is working with the accounting packages it is about finding solutions to problems users have with the software. You will need to be dedicated and have a keen interest to work within this field.

  • To provide user support and help desk duties to our customer base on Sage software packages such as Sage 50, Sage 200 and Sage CRM
  • Customer satisfaction is to be of an exceptional standard
  • Pro-actively provide product guidance to customer base
  • Members will monitor our support mailbox periodically throughout the day and take calls, log jobs onto our support system and correspond to our customers, before carrying out the investigation and troubleshooting of any problem and finally providing a solution to the customer in a timely manner
