Description:

A vacancy has arisen to become the office receptionist in a Hull based Estate agents with expertise in the sales, rental, commercial and investment markets. You would be supporting in all aspects of administration.

  • answer inbound calls
  • directing calls and taking messages
  • answering e-mail enquiries
  • using the CRM system to log and record where necessary
  • managing and maintain the visitor book and visitor access to the building
  • greeting all visitors to the business
  • house-keeping, keeping communal area tidy
  • maintain and update relevant marketing materials in reception area
  • general filing
  • any other related duties
