Training provided:
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
  • Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
You will have access to your own online e-portfolio to monitor your progress and access resources.  You will be assigned a Trainer who specialises in teaching and delivering the Business Administration qualification; they will be with you during your sessions in the centre and also make regular visits to see you in your place of work.  Sessions are kept small to ensure each learner gets the correct support and guidance throughout the duration of their apprenticeship.


We are looking to recruit an Apprentice to join our existing Administrative team, at our Foster Street Branch. This is a great opportunity to develop your administration skills in a supportive environment.

This is a career development role, supporting the back-office administration team at our Foster Street Branch. You will join a supportive team and duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Working in a busy office dealing with business to business customers; house builders, landlords, letting agents
  • Focus on effective customer account management of this customer base
  • Handling customer enquiries on the phone and via e-mail
  • Dealing with suppliers, should a customer have a specific need
  • Preparing quotes for customers
  • Advising on pricing, delivery dates and stock requirements
  • Competent use of computer systems
  • General administration duties
