Training provided:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Accounts (AAT Qualification)

Description:

Assist with duties primarily within the Sales ledger team however when required support may need to be provided in other areas of the Finance department.

  • General Admin such as filing of financial documents/photocopying
  • Providing assistance to the Financial team in preparing for audit
  • Data inputting within Excel & Word
  • Assist with daily/weekly reconciliations for P + clients
  • Inputting in to SUN (accounting system) daily cash receipts
  • Reconcile, produce and issue invoices for Daily Standard Billing
  • Raise Client daily payments requests to cashiers
  • Raising of adhoc invoices once approved by the Sales ledger TL
  • Credit control duties – chasing clients for payment via phone/ email
  • Assisting with Sainsburys TP Project reconciliation
