Training provided:
Level 2 apprenticeship in Customer Service which includes:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
  • Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
You will be required to attend structured session at our learning centre each month. You will have access to your own online e-portfolio to monitor your progress and access resources. You will be assigned a Trainer who specialises in teaching and delivering the Customer Service qualification; they will be with you during your sessions in the centre and also make regular visits to see you in your place of work. Sessions are kept small to ensure each learner gets the correct support and guidance throughout the duration of their apprenticeship.

Description:

The role of a customer service apprentice has many responsibilities which means that the apprentice must have many key attributes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain a vast array of new skills and develop on their existing ones with a supportive dedicated team.

  • Speaking with all customer (colleagues, linguists, clients etc.)
  • Answering the telephone
  • Offering outstanding customer service
  • Communicating with a wide range of customers, offering advice and guidance
  • Use of MS office and bespoke systems
  • Liaising with interpreters and clients
  • Managing diary systems and calendars
  • Edit and update profile’s on company system
  • Data entry and extracting information
  • Maintain office area
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing and posting
  • Sending Emails
  • Any other related duties
