Training provided:

Level 2 apprenticeship in Customer Service which includes:
  • Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
  • Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
You will be required to attend structured session at our learning centre each month. You will have access to your own online e-portfolio to monitor your progress and access resources. You will be assigned a Trainer who specialises in teaching and delivering the Customer Service qualification; they will be with you during your sessions in the centre and also make regular visits to see you in your place of work. Sessions are kept small to ensure each learner gets the correct support and guidance throughout the duration of their apprenticeship.

Description:

This will be a varied Customer Service based role, working closely with the Trade counter. You will need to have strong communication skills as you will be working with an array of customers as well as colleagues from the other branches.

  • Ordering flooring/carpets
  • Quotations
  • Floor plans
  • Liaising with the fitters
  • Diary management, primarily for the fitters
  • Overall customer service with the general public and also with colleagues from the other branches
  • Working alongside the manager
  • Dealing with a wide range of customers
  • Processing orders
  • Dealing with emails
  • Working our measurements
  • Offering advice and guidance on products
