Description:

Our Leeds based growing and expanding company is looking for an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and professional team. You will learn, earn and grow with us. If you are looking to take your first steps into a career then come and join us.

  • First Line customer support Telephony and IT faults
  • Provide simple diagnosis of a situation and resolve faults
  • Manage customer communications
  • Reply to all queries with Business SLA and update relevant fault spreadsheet and CRM's
  • Provision landline and system orders
  • Provision cloud based IT software
  • Working with customers to maintain a professional and positive image at all times
  • Understand client requirements
  • Have a clear understanding of work goals, targets and priorities to work as part of a team
  • Work alongside a senior technician to complete daily tasks
  • Comply with all health and safety procedures
  • Any other general duties requested
