Training provided:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
  • Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
You will have access to your own online e-portfolio to monitor your progress and access resources.  You will be assigned a Trainer who specialises in teaching and delivering the Business Administration qualification; they will be with you during your sessions in the centre and also make regular visits to see you in your place of work.  Sessions are kept small to ensure each learner gets the correct support and guidance throughout the duration of their apprenticeship.


We are now recruiting for an Apprentice MI/Data Analyst to proactively support the Head of Compliance and Data in preparation and provision of Management Information and data for both internal and external customers. To develop and deliver routine MI/data requests and reports in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Support in ensuring the timely delivery of MI and data provision (both scheduled and ad-hoc), to help the Business run as effectively as possible
  • Assist with admin support to the department
  • Focus on compliance and reporting
  • To identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the development, delivery and maintenance of MI/Data reporting
  • Quickly understand the business systems and processes
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes, learning and systems and refer them to senior management, primarily from the insight of MI/data
  • Build professional relationships with peers, colleagues, and internal customers to support in the success of the business and to deliver and exceed targets – both personal and team
