Requirements

Qualifications required:

  • GCSE maths and English (or equivalent grades) A*-C or 4-9 are essential

Training provided:

  • The successful candidate will undertake an Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Business Administration
  • Together with functional skills in maths and English where necessary

Description:

The role of the Administration apprentice is to provide highly organised and accurate admin support and communication to the business. As an admin apprentice you should be highly organised and demonstrate excellent IT and keyboard skills. Day to day to day you will be responsible for supporting several departments within our head office function.

  • Log deliveries and distribute samples/trims to garment techs/designers
  • Send parcels for design as needed via couriers
  • Keep showroom meeting room and sample room tidy and make sure samples are hung ready for meetings
  • Create excel spreadsheets for each season - ensuring correct info is input with prices and fabric compositions so orders can be placed
  • Chase factories for photo samples for each season and where needed to ensure samples are received in time for photo shoots
  • Communicate between internal and external departments
  • Input and management of data within spreadsheets
  • General administrative duties including efficient telephone and email management
  • General office duties including ordering, record keeping and report production
  • General housekeeping
