Requirements

Qualifications required:

  • GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English are preferred

Training provided:
You will have access to your own online e-portfolio to monitor your progress and access resources. You will be assigned a Trainer who specialises in teaching and delivering the Business Administration qualification; they will be with you during your sessions in the centre and also make regular visits to see you in your place of work.

Description:

This will be a varied administration role where you will learn a wide range of skills and be involved in the development of the business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kick start their career within business administration. You will receive all of the support and guidance to help you become an integral part of the team.

This will be a varied role, offering overall admin support to the Sales team. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Data input in to the CRM system
  • Letter writing
  • Quotations on the online portal
  • Screening telephone calls
  • Customer service
  • Updating social media sites and responding to queries
  • Reviewing company emails and responding
  • Post
  • Researching
  • Overall admin support to the team
  • Any other related duties
