Qualifications required:

  • English and maths GCSE (or equivalent) grade A*-C/9-4

Training provided:
Level 2 apprenticeship in Business Administration, which includes:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Business and Administration
  • Level 2 Technical Certificate
  • Level 1/2 Functional Skills in English and maths (if required)
  • Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
  • Day release to attend a session once a week at our Hull Learning Centre
You will have access to your own online e-portfolio to monitor your progress and access resources. You will be assigned a Trainer who specialises in teaching and delivering the Business Administration qualification; they will be with you during your sessions in the centre and also make regular visits to see you in your place of work. Sessions are kept small to ensure each learner gets the correct support and guidance throughout the duration of their apprenticeship.

LiveLead are looking for a business admin apprentice who is naturally warm, approachable with energy and enthusiasm and is comfortable being part of a team. You will be enterprising, resourceful and considerate individual who enjoys building rapport and relationships with customers and suppliers and has a “can do” attitude.

Role Responsibilities

  • Working with and organising various databases to upload, extract and manipulate information
  • Answering the telephone and making calls in a professional and helpful manner
  • Transferring calls and taking messages and passing them to the relevant people
  • Helping to organise company events and attendance at expo’s
  • Ordering stationery, promotional materials and other item
  • Assisting with accounts, HR, marketing/sales tasks
  • Diary management and arranging and booking transport and accommodation as required
  • Implementing and maintaining policies, procedures/office administrative systems
  • Generally keeping the office space tidy
  • Experience and knowledge of using “office” suite of products
  • Being able to muck in with whatever is needed to make sure everything is running smoothly!
