Training provided:
Business Administration (Level 2) Level 2 apprenticeship in Business Administration, which includes:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Business and Administration
  • Level 2 Technical Certificate
  • Level 1/2 Functional Skills in English and maths (if required)
  • Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
  • Day release to attend a session once a week at our Learning Centre
You will have access to your own online e-portfolio to monitor your progress and access resources. You will be assigned a Trainer who specialises in teaching and delivering the Business Administration qualification; they will be with you during your sessions in the centre and also make regular visits to see you in your place of work. Sessions are kept small to ensure each learner gets the correct support and guidance throughout the duration of their apprenticeship.

Description:

We are looking for an office worker who can assist us with all manner of duties. The successful candidate will be able to assist with customer services on the telephone, handle sales calls, be able to use Microsoft Office, be computer literate, and show an enthusiastic attitude to learning and work.

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
  • Filing invoices
  • Working out the best routes for fitters using Google Maps (full training given)
  • Using Google Analytics (full training given)
  • Handling sales calls
  • Assisting other staff members with administration duties
