Requirements

Qualifications required:

  • GCSE or equivalent grades A-C or 4-9 in maths and English is essential.

Description:

Supporting the desk in generation and supplying of candidates. Coordinating all administration and legal compliance requirements for the team.

  • Advanced compliance for temporary workers
  • Generating candidates for the team using job boards, social media and other search avenues
  • Meeting and greeting candidates in to the business
  • Sending and chasing reference details
  • Managing external database/systems
  • Booking candidates in for interview and managing all relevant compliance
  • Coordinating consultants/business diary
  • Candidate management - update calls, emails
  • Database management and growth
  • Producing accurate documentation
