Requirements

Qualifications required:

  • GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English.
  • Prior Admin knowledge/qualifications (or equivalent) would be an advantage but not essential.

Training provided:
Level 3 Advanced apprenticeship in Business Administration, which includes:

  • Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
  • Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour
  • Day release to attend a session once a week at our Hull Learning Centre
You will have access to your own online e-portfolio to monitor your progress and access resources. You will be assigned a Trainer who specialises in teaching and delivering the Business Administration qualification; they will be with you during your sessions in the centre and also make regular visits to see you in your place of work. Sessions are kept small to ensure each learner gets the correct support and guidance throughout the duration of their apprenticeship.

Description:

The Apprentice will be a member of a start-up team and will experience the culture evolution. Training will be provided in full spectrum of Business Admin, including accounting, payroll, HR, Sales, and customer calls.
