Physical Training
Physical Training (PT) is conducted every day on the course with a range of military style PT and other sessions that will prepare you for your assessment and Phase 1 training; you will also be advised on healthy living, diet, wellbeing and nutrition.
Training will be conducted around the requirements of the selection and Phase 1 training process for your desired role in the Armed Forces as some selection processes do vary depending on the type of job role you are aiming for.

- Cardiovascular training
- HIIT training
- CrossFit
On joining the course your tutor will discuss job roles within the forces and work with you to create an individual training plan to ensure you meet your fitness requirements and adapt this as required as you progress through the course.

On this course you learn so much about the military and gain knowledge ready for training like when we went to Driffield but more importantly for me , I have learnt a lot about myself which is the main thing, in my opinion. This helps me to be a better team player and communicate with others. The main skills I have learnt from being on the course so far is team building and fitness.
