We are proud that one of our apprentices from Wescot Credit Services has made it through to the Hull Daily Mail Awards Finals.
Jordan joined financial services company Wescot in 2017, and has since flourished at the business.
Having initially been interviewed for the business administration programme at Wescot, it quickly became clear that Jordan’s true passion lay with IT and web design.
A switch into Wescot’s IT department proved to be a stroke of genius, and Jordan has since become a key member of the technical support team.
Described as “a model apprentice,” Jordan has passed his level three qualification in Microsoft Networking, Security and Servers, and can regularly be seen offering his time outside of normal working hours to ensure IT works are completed with the minimum impact to customers.
Jordan has often become the first choice to be asked to support on any IT technical project – a reflection of the confidence Wescot has in his abilities. Jordan’s impact at Wescot has led to the business taking on a second IT apprentice this year.
