Administration /Customer Service/ Team Leading Trainer
Location: based in Northumberland (Alnwick & surrounding area)
Responsible to: Manager
Hours: This is initially a part-time position of © 2/3 days per week, with the potential to increase to full-time. Due to the nature of the business, applicants must be prepared, on occasion, to work outside of normal office hours.
Commencement Salary package: £20,400 to £28,000 pa dependent on qualifications and experience, plus 5% benefits / cash option package after 12 months employment and immediate life assurance cover from commencement of employment. Excellent prospects for career development.
Duties to include:

To deliver relevant units of competence and assess learners progress in Apprenticeships and Train to Gain to a caseload of Learners, maintaining caseload of Learners and achieve at least 60% outcome delivery and 70% on Train to Gain or income generated of £65k

To maintain this minimum caseload and achieve in line with individual achievement sheet.

To deliver Key Skills, additional units and Technical Certificates when available within the Apprenticeship/Advanced Apprenticeship / Train to Gain framework.

Prepare course work and compile relevant documentation.

Be responsible for the effective use of all resources.

Assist in the development and delivery of private training.

To maximise any potential future business opportunities

To maintain all records in line with YH and LSC procedures and requirements.

The aim of this role is to provide high quality training and support to learners. We are looking for a qualified trainer with of course the relevant occupational experience , who possesses a minimum of A1, with Key Skills; together with L&D Level III or PTLLS. You will have extensive occupational experience to meet the requirements of the Awarding Bodies, and experience of GFWBL. Driving licence essential. |
