In October 2004, YH were visited
by Investors in People to be re-assessed and the report received
was extremely satisfactory. The report stated the “It was quickly apparent that the commitment of senior managers throughout the company towards the training and development of employees was extremely strong”.
This Christmas, it was decided by the Managing Director of YH to send company Christmas greetings via e-mail and to donate the money that would have been spent on cards to charity. Following the devastation caused by the Tsunami on Boxing Day, it was decided to donate £800 to the Tsunami fund.
St. Martins

YH recently sponsored St Martins C of E School to help raise funds towards the construction of a conservatory across the front of the school with a sponsored matchbox fill. The new conservatory will allow the youngest children to have an all-weather play area. A £10 book token was presented as a prize for every class in the school.
The event was a great success and raised over £1,090 towards the fund.
