How do Apprenticeships work?The most appealing part of undertaking an apprenticeship is that you will be employed,and have the chance to get practical on the job training, learning about your chosen industryand staring your career rather than getting into debt.On the job training allows you to put everything you are learning into practice and apply your knowledge to real life examples. The employer and YH will ensure that there is structuredtraining in place, so that you know each step of the way what you're expected to do, where you are up to in your training and what you have left to achieve to gain your qualification.
