Sharon Drayton Office Manager All my staff have benefited greatly from training with YH.  The qualifications are tailored to the specific  functions the staff do on a daily basis but  may not  realise how important these functions are  within the organisation.  The qualifications have given staff a lot more confidence and have shown them ways of preparing and processing documents in a different format.   All the staff seem more confident since doing their Apprenticeships and NVQ's.   I think it is because they feel that we have given them time within their working day to gain a qualification and have not had to go to night class in their own time, or pay for it themselves, as I did many years ago.  I am really pleased with the way YH deliver the  training and would have no hesitation in using them again for further qualifications  Employer Case Studies Wayne Harris, Training Manager Andrew Page has been working closely with YH Training since 2007, and in that time the relationship has gone from strength to strength.
