Hospitality available at Level 2
The Level 2 ( Intermediate) Apprenticeship in Hospitality is designed to develop the skills and knowledge of hospitality workers to ensure that the organisations working practice and ethos are maintained to the highest standards whilst responding to the needs of the customer.
This qualification will benefit, and is suitable for anyone who is new to, or works in a variety of hospitality areas such as; front of house, back of house, housekeeping, and within the food and beverage sector.
The Hospitality Services qualification will benefit both businesses and employees by enabling them to meet many objectives of which a few are listed below.
- Adapt behaviour to give positive customer service impressions both internal and external.
- Identify specific needs through effective questioning and listening.
- Monitor and solve both external and internal customer problems.
- This is just a very small example of the outcomes,
which can improve the skills of the employee and
the profitability of the business. When you sit down with our trainer and discuss your requirements in more detail, they will be able to give you a better understanding of the outcomes that can be delivered.
Progression:- On completion of the qualification, the trainer will discuss any opportunities for progression onto further qualifications.
